Dear Parents,

Is your child joining us for the spring holidays? Please find below some practical information to help everything run smoothly.

❋ Clothing

Please bring weather-appropriate clothes, as we will spend a lot of time outdoors.

❋ lunch

The canteen will be closed for both weeks. Please provide a ready-to-eat lunch box each day, including all necessary cutlery. Kindly avoid instant soups or meals that require a microwave.

Each child should bring a small backpack, as we will be going on outings.

We have several outings planned. Information will be available on the first day of the holidays. Only pedagogues can register children for outings. We usually return at 15:30 from outings. You can check whether your child is out of school via the EasyKom app. For better organization and participation in activities, we recommend that children stay until 15:30.

❋ outings

We are open from 7:20 to 17:00. We recommend that children arrive before 9:15 so they can attend the morning meeting and presentation of the day’s activities and outings.

❋ opening hours

We will not be using the lockers on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Instead, children can leave their belongings on the 1st floor (rooms 110 and 105). Please help your child keep their space tidy and make sure they take all their belongings home.
