Chérif
Klubleder / Kompas
Chérif est le leader du Klub Kompas et un “socialpædagog” expérimenté, actif dans le domaine depuis 2006. Il travaille pour le LFPH depuis 2012, où il met à profit ses compétences pour enrichir l'expérience des enfants. Bilingue en danois et en anglais, il est en mesure de communiquer efficacement avec les parents et les enfants. Passionné par les activités sportives, créatives et culinaires, Chérif sait créer un environnement stimulant et engageant pour les jeunes qu'il encadre. En tant qu'interlocuteur direct des parents, il veille à maintenir une communication ouverte et constructive, favorisant ainsi un partenariat solide entre le club et les familles.

Maud
Éducatrice / Kompas
Maud est membre du LFPH depuis 2017, où elle joue un rôle actif au sein de la cellule d'écoute et de la commission EFE3D. Titulaire d'un master en gestion de la qualité, de la sécurité et de l'environnement, elle enrichit son expertise professionnelle et sa contribution à l'établissement. Chaque jour, Maud met son savoir-faire au service des échanges avec les élèves, favorisant un environnement accueillant et stimulant. Reconnue pour sa créativité, elle est une force de proposition en matière d'activités, ce qui fait d'elle une personne très sollicitée par les élèves, qui apprécient ses idées novatrices. Sa maîtrise de la diversité culinaire lui permet également de s'adapter aux goûts variés des jeunes.

Katia
Éducatrice / Kompas
Diplômée de l’Université pédagogique et titulaire d’un MBA, Katia est également professeur certifié de yoga et de danse, ainsi que coach sportif. Écrivaine passionnée, elle a publié deux ouvrages. Depuis 7 ans, elle travaille avec des enfants, dont 5 années dans une école maternelle à Shanghai, avant de rejoindre le Lycée Français en 2021 au sein du SFO. Katia aime créer avec les enfants de grands projets collectifs, qu’ils soient sportifs ou artistiques, en organisant concerts et compétitions. Elle valorise la liberté de créativité et accompagne les élèves dans la découverte et le développement de leurs talents, de leurs ambitions et de leurs idées à travers des projets stimulants et inspirants.

Guillaume
Éducateur / Kompas
Éducateur et nerd depuis la tendre enfance, Guillaume cumule plus de 10 ans d’expérience dans le domaine de l’éducation. Grand passionné de culture geek et musicien professionnel, il aime transmettre sa curiosité et son enthousiasme aux jeunes. Il se réjouit de pouvoir créer un environnement inspirant où les enfants peuvent explorer librement leurs centres d’intérêt et leur identité, dans un cadre bienveillant et sécurisant. Formé en tant qu’Assistant Pædagog depuis 2020, Guillaume possède également une formation en gestion et en communication. Quand il n’est pas sur son skateboard, on peut le retrouver derrière sa caméra.

The club offers fun, cultural, sporting, and creative activities, but it is also a place where strong and lasting relationships are formed.

Our work is based on strong values such as respect, inclusion, independence, and responsibility. We believe that every young person can grow and thrive when he or she feels heard and valued. Inclusion is at the core of our approach: everyone has a place, regardless of differences.
A Typical Day at KOMPAS
The day follows a rhythm adapted to the needs of young people, alternating between activities, breaks, and dialogue. We place great importance on social interactions: learning to listen, express oneself, and build respectful relationships. Everything is designed to promote well-being and development, so that each young person goes home enriched by their experiences.
Key Points
We follow the students closely on their journey and provide attentive and caring support. Respect for neighbors and the environment is a natural part of our mission.
Responsibility
In daily life, young people are encouraged to make decisions and understand that every choice has consequences - both positive and negative. In this way, they gradually develop their sense of responsibility, independence, and self-confidence, always in a safe and encouraging environment.

Registration in the Juniorklub allows students to benefit from a welcoming and gathering space. The basic registration fee ensures that students who cannot take part in the after-school modules can still enjoy the welcoming space and participate in occasional events throughout the year (overnights, outings, gatherings, etc.).
Note:
Students must, of course, be registered in the Juniorklub to benefit from our services and take part in our various events throughout the year. Non-registered students will not be able to participate. -

To create an attractive club environment where students can express their potential and develop their personal and social skills in collaboration with their peers, supported by qualified educational staff.
To maintain annual traditions and recurring activities such as outings, trips, festivals, overnight stays, and much more. To place emphasis on participation, independence, responsibility, and student influence.
It is in collaboration with the students that the pædagogs creates the framework for expression; that is why students play a decisive role in choosing the activities they wish to carry out at the club and those that are implemented.

We are open from the end of classes until 6:30 p.m. during school terms and from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. during school holidays.

To cancel your registration, you must give a full month’s notice. This means that payment is required for the month in which notice is given as well as for the following month.
